Lydia Phepafatso Molete

Botswana Family Welfare Association employs Mrs. Molete, a nurse by profession as a Programmes Officer - Service Delivery. Her main task is to conceptualise the strategic development of the service delivery component of the Association as well as instituting a comprehensive marketing plan for BOFWA's services. In addition, she is responsible for liaising with relevant department heads, plan the most cost-effective method of delivering services and conduct outreach to capture the under privileged communities.

Apart from that she supervises all nurses in all BOFWA clinics and ensures that all clinics are well equipped and in a position to be used to provide (quality) services.

Mrs. Molete holds a Diploma in Registered, a Diploma in Midwifery, and a Diploma in Family Nurse Practitioner.
