Daniel is also in charge of and supervises the BOFWA programme through close working relations with programme officers and counsellors who are in charge of the association's centres. He is also the liaison officer between the Association and the collaborating partners such as Botswana National Youth Council and local donor agencies like UNFPA, SNV etc. Daniel further links BOFWA with Government ministries and departments bearing a relevance in youth development such as Ministry of Finance and Development Planning - Population Secretariat, Ministry of Local Government, Lands and Housing, Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs - Department of Youth & Culture, Ministry of Education, etc. Daniel, in liaison with other members of BOFWA technical staff, is also charged with the compilation and production of the Programming, Planning, Budgeting and Reporting (PPBR) documents as well as periodic project proposals to donor and collaborating agencies.
Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Botswana, a Diploma in Youth and Development from CYP- University of Zambia and an MSc from the University of Wales (Swansea) in the United Kingdom.
